The result was separated according to topic and descriptive statistics was used for analysis. The satisfaction survey used 10-point scale. Results: Of the 1,720 students who received the survey, 1,347 (78.3%) responded to the lecture satisfaction survey. The satisfaction level for broadcasting program (Kakao TV), an untact educational platform for the education of clinical trial workers at Kyung Hee University Medical Center, was relatively high with 8.09±1.99 points. Average score respondents recommending Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials was 8.03±1.83 and customer recommendation score (Net Promotor Score) was 27.1%. Satisfaction level of the preferred training time was divided into weekday-morning (8-11 AM) (8.16±1.75), weekday-afternoon (12-4 PM) (7.73±2.07), weekday-evening (5-9 PM) (7.78±2.22), and weekend-morning (9-11 AM) real-time untact education (8.48±1.76) and analyzed. There was a noticeable difference between weekend-morning and weekday-afternoon (p<0.0001) and weekend-morning and weekday-evening (p=0.0001) real-time untact education. When asked about conducting education after COVID-19 pandemic ends, 79.2% (1,012 of 1,279) of the respondents answered that they prefer real-time untact education while 20.8 % (266 of 1,279) preferred face-to-face education. Conclusion: Online education, without time and space constraint, is expected to be the mainstream market in Korea for Education of Persons Conducting Clinical. Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical has achieved above average satisfaction using Kakao TV. Kyung Hee University Real-time Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Net Promotor Score is 27.1%, which is above industry average, communication with trainees should be considered to improve Net Promotor Score.

제안 방법
경희대학교병원 임상시험 종사자 교육에 대한 전반적인 만족도와 교육운영방식에 대해 만족하였는지를 10점 척도로 물어보았다. 전체 응답자의 만족도와 함께 직군에 따라 의사직군 (시험책임자, 시험담당자, 임상시험심사위원회위원), 임상시험 코디네이터군, 업무담당자군으로 응답자를 구분해 각 직군 간에 만족도 차이가 있는지 분석하였다.

경희대학교 병원은 사전 녹화한 강의자료를 실시간 방송으로 송출하고 수강생의 출결 확인과 질의사항은 채팅창에서 확인하는 방식으로 실시간 비대면 화상교육을 진행하였다. 이를 위해 실시간 비대면 화상교육 플랫폼을 선택할 때 출결 관리, 강의 콘텐츠 전달 방식, 평가 응시 확인, 실시간 쌍방향 수업 가능, 멀티디바이스(multi device) 지원, 서버 안정성, 로그 기록 확인 가능 여부 등을 확인하였다. 가장 중요하게 확인한 사항은 서버 안정성으로 일시적인 서버 접속이 불가능한 사태가 발생하거나 오류가 발생할 경우 Zoom과 Webex는 미국에 본사가 있어 즉각적인 오류 개선 요청 및 반영이 어려운 점이 있다.

데이터처리
10점 척도를 사용하며, 수집된 데이터의 통계적 요약은 일반적으로 기술적 통계로 기술하였다(범주형 데이터에 대해서는 빈도수와 백분율로 요약하고, 연속형 데이터에 대해서는 평균, 표준편차, 최소값, 최대값으로 요약). 각 직군 간의 차이는 연속형 데이터에 대해서는 Kruskal-Wallis test 로, 범주형 데이터에 대해서는 χ2-test 또는 Fisher exact test 로 비교하였다. 각 교육과목별 강의 구성 등의 만족도는 제외하고 통계처리 하였다.
성능/효과
경희대학교병원 임상시험 종사자 교육 프로그램의 운영과 관련하여 개진된 의견을 보면 프로그램 횟수의 증설과 정원을 늘려 달라는 것, 출석을 확인하는 횟수와 방법이 불편하다는 것 그리고 플랫폼의 개선을 요구하는 것이 가장 많았다. 이를 위해서는 Zoom을 이용한다면 커다란 비용이 들지 않고 개선 요구사항을 어느 정도 해결할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.
교육 시간에 대해 전체 응답자의 만족도를 분석하였을 때, 교육 시간의 평균은 각각 10점 척도에 8.16±1.75점, 7.73±2.07점, 7.78±2.22점, 8.48±1.76점으로 주말 오전 시간의 평균이 가장 높았고, 주말 오전 시간은 평일 오후 시간(p<0.0001)과 평일 저녁 시간에 비해 유의하게 차이가 있었다(p=0.0001) (Fig. 1).

둘째, 경희대학교병원 임상시험 종사자 실시간 비대면 화상교육 플랫폼으로 카카오TV를 이용한 결과 만족도는 10점 척도 중 평균 8.09±1.99점으로 커다란 문제는 없지만, 기관의 방화벽 때문에 채팅창 접속에 문제가 있거나, 교육 참석자의 로그인 기록이 자동으로 집계되지 않아, 대화창을 이용하여 수강생의 출석을 여러차례 확인해야 하는 불편함이 있었다.
설문조사 결과에 의하면 코로나19 사태가 종식되어 현장 집합 교육을 받을 수 있는 상황이 되더라도 수강생들의 약 80% 는 현장 집합 교육보다는 실시간 비대면 화상교육을 원하고 있었다. 하지만, 경희대학교병원 임상시험 종사자 교육 중 IRB 위원들만을 대상으로 시행한 교육 후 시행한 설문조사 결과에 의하면, 13 IRB 위원 중 37.
셋째, 경희대학교병원 임상시험 종사자 교육의 순 추천고객 지수 27.1%는 평균 이상 기업이 받는 순 추천고객 지수이지만 대한기관윤리심의기구협의회의 2020년 실시간 비대면 화상교육의 41.1%–84.4%와 비교해 현격한 차이를 보였다. 순 추천고객 지수의 개선을 위해서는 강의 음질 개선, 수강생과의 소통을 고려한 강의 진행 방법 개선이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.
