본 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 공감피로, 공감만족, 영성과 삶의 질의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상은 C도에 소재한 3개 대학에서 임상실습을 수행한 4학년 간호대학생 172명이며, 자료는 2020년 11월 7일에서 12월 11일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집되었다. 연구결과, 공감피로의 하위요인 중 소진은 삶의 질과 유의한 부적 상관관계를, 공감만족은 삶의 질과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 영성은 소진과는 부적 상관관계를, 공감만족과는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 공감피로와 공감만족을 조절하여 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 영성증진전략의 개발과 적용을 제언한다.
