전악 구강 수복에서 이상적인 교합평면을 형성하기 위한 기존의 진단 및 치료계획은 각각의 과정이 복잡하고 치과의사와 기공사간의 정보교환이 주관적이므로 어려움이 있다. OP finder® system은 동공간선이 평행하지 않은 환자의 정보를 보다 객관적이고 정확하게 전달하는데 도움이 된다. 본 증례에서는 오래된 불량한 고정성 보철물과 심하게 마모된 하악 치아를 가진 환자에게 OP finder® system을 이용하며 전악수복을 시행하였고, 적절한 교합평면 설정 및 저작기능 회복 결과를 얻었기에 보고하고자 한다.
