[국내논문] 간호대학생의 교육서비스품질이 학생만족과 행동의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 대상으로 교육서비스품질을 교육프로그램, 교수, 교육환경, 명성과 취업으로 구성하여 학생만족을 통한 행동의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 경남 1개 대학 간호대학생 350명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였으며, 최종 321부를 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 간호대학생이 인지하는 교육서비스품질의 구성개념 모두 학생만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있으며 명성과 취업, 교육프로그램, 교육환경, 교수의 순으로 영향력의 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 학생만족은 행동의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향이 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 교육서비스품질을 높이기 위한 질 관리가 필요하며 영향력의 상대적 크기를 반영하여 체계적인 관리가 요구된다.
