Flabby tissue를 가진 환자의 상악 편악 총의치 수복 시 의치의 유지, 지지, 안정을 얻는 것은 어렵다. 본 증례 환자분은 57세 남환으로 기존 의치의 불편감과 치료를 원하시어 내원 하셨다. Flabby tissue 환자의 총의치 수복 시 flabby tissue 부위가 움직임이 없는 상태로 인상채득을 하는 것이 총의치 보철의 안정에 중요한 요소이다. 디지털 기술의 발전으로 구강 내 조직의 스캔이 가능해져 flabby tissue 부위의 완전 무압인상이 가능해졌다. 이를 이용하여 무압인상 채득하고 최종 의치를 진행하였다. 교합 시 의치의 지지, 유지, 안정의 개선된 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.
