[국내논문] 역량기반 교양교육과정 운영에 따른 핵심역량 향상 분석 - A대학 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 A대학 핵심역량을 기반으로 개편한 교양교육과정을 역량 향상도로 분석하여 평가 및 환류의 기초자료로 활용하기 위함이다. 2020년도 2학기에 개설된 교과목을 수강한 학생을 대상으로 A대학에서 개발한 교양교육과정 역량 진단도구를 사용하여 역량별 대표 교과목을 수강한 학생에게 2회에 걸쳐 설문조사를 하였으며, 분석은 기술통계, t-검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 소통역량(t=-9.839, p<.01), 학습역량(t=-4.707, p<.01), 사고역량(t=-9.992, p<.01), 협력역량(t=-2.061, p<.01)은 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 나눔역량(t=-.550)은 향상되었으나, 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 역량별 교과목 운영을 점검하고 판단할 수 있는 근거를 마련하는데 의의가 있다.
