  • 본 연구는 체면이 여가 소비자의 여가 소비 행동에 미치는 영향을 메타분석을 통해 통합적으로 살펴보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 여가 분야에서는 체면을 체면 민감성으로 측정하는 경우가 다수를 차지하고 있고, 체면민감성을 단일 구성 혹은 3개의 구성요인으로 구분하여 보는 문헌들이 다수를 차지하고 있다.
  • 본 연구의 목적은 여가 분야에서 체면이 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향이 서로 다른 상황에서 연구가 이루어져 왔으므로, 이러한 연구 결과들을 통합하여 체면이 여가 소비자 행동에 미치는 효과에 대한 결론을 통합적 시각에서 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다.
  • 본 연구의 목적은 체면이 여가 소비자 행동에 미치는 기존 연구들의 결과물로부터 축적된 데이터를 바탕으로 하여 메타분석(meta-analysis) 방법을 활용하여 체면이 여가 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향을 통합적으로 규명하는데 있다.
  • 따라서, 체면이 여가 소비자의 여가 소비 행동에 미치는 영향을 명확하게 규명하기 위해서는 기존연구들을 통합하여 분석해 볼 필요가 있음에도 불구하고, 다수의 연구 결과들을 통합하여 체면이 여가 소비자의 여가 소비 행동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴본 연구는 거의 없는 것으로 보인다. 본 연구의 목적은 체면이 여가 소비자의 여가 소비 행동에 미치는 기존 연구들의 결과물로부터 축적된 데이터를 바탕으로 하여 메타분석(meta-analysis) 방법을 활용하여 체면이 여가 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향을 통합적으로 살펴보는데 있다.
  • 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 메타분석 방법을 활용하고자 한다. 메타분석 방법은 기존의 축적된 연구들을 바탕으로 하여 해당 연구들의 결과물들을 분석함으로써 관심변수의 효과크기 그리고 효과크기의 조절요인 등을 통합적인 시각에서 분석할 수 있는 방법론이다.
