본 연구는 비대면 시대 유튜브 이러닝 고도화 서비스 방안에 관한 연구이다. 문헌 조사와 선행연구를 통해서 교육 변화의 동향에 관하여 고찰하였고, 온라인 설문과 심층 인터뷰를 통해 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 연구 방법은 2021년 10월 15일부터 28일까지 총 14일간 유튜브로 학습 경험이 있는 MZ세대 90명을 대상으로 허니콤 모델과 리커트 5점 척도를 기반으로 1차 온라인 설문을 진행하였고, 설문에서 유튜브를 통한 학습 빈도가 높다고 응답한 6명을 대상으로 2차 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 실험 결과 사용자들은 학습 목적에 따라 개선점이 있다고 생각하고 있었으며, 공통으로 문제를 느끼고 있는 요소들을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한, 추가 질문을 통해 새로운 유튜브 학습 플랫폼을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 포스트 비대면 시대에 대응할 수 있는 유튜브 이러닝 서비스 참고자료 활용을 기대한다.
