본 연구는 심뇌혈관질환 예방을 위한 생활습관 중재 프로그램의 특성을 파악하기 위하여 프로그램 중재 연구논문을 분석한 문헌분석 연구이다. 연구대상 논문은 Pubmed 등 전자 데이터베이스를 통해 "심뇌혈관질환", "중재" 등의 검색어를 적용하여 최종 18편의 논문이 선정되었다. 대상 문헌에서의 프로그램 참여 대상자 선정기준은 주로 신체생리학적 기준이 이용되었고, 신체활동과 식습관 생활습관 영역을 중재한 프로그램이 많았다. 중재유형은 교육이 가장 많이 이용되었고, 여러 중재를 병합하여 적용하는 연구가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 중재기간은 평균 22주 이상의 장기개입이 많았고, 중재효과를 측정하는 효과지표는 신체생리학적 지표가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 본 연구를 통해 여러 생활습관의 상호관련성을 고려한 중재 프로그램의 개발과 건강한 생활습관을 유지하기 위한 환경 및 사회적 지원이 필요함을 제언한다.
