연구목적: 본 연구는 플립러닝디자인씽킹 교수법을 적용한 간호과정 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램이 간호학생의 학습자기효능감, 문제해결능력, 공감, 학습만족도에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 한다. 연구방법: 기본간호학을 수강하는 학생을 대상으로 하는 단일군 사전사후 원시 실험설계에 의한 실험연구이다. 플립러닝과 디자인씽킹 교수학습법을 적용하여 교육 프로그램을 개발하였고, 최종 41명의 간호학생을 대상으로 하여 학습자기효능감, 문제해결능력, 공감, 학습만족도를 분석하였다. 분석결과: 교육 프로그램의 효과로 학습자기효능감(t=-2.11, p=.041), 문제해결능력(t=-2.11, p=.042), 학습만족도(t=-6.40, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 공감은 교육 전‧후에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으나 하부요인 중 관점취하기가 교육 전 24.56점에서 25.41점으로 유의하게 증가하였다(t=-2.11, p=.041). 결론: 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호학생에 대한 다양한 교수학습법 적용 교육 프로그램 개발을 제언한다.
