본 연구는 COVID-19로 인해 실습을 할 수 없는 상황에 교내실습으로 대체 한 후 참여한 간호대학생의 실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 G도에 소재한 일개 대학교에서 2021년 9월 13일부터 12월 3일까지 시행된 임상실습 대체 교내실습에 참여한 간호대학생 144명을 대상으로 자료수집하였다. 자료분석은 ANOVA, Pearson's 상관계수, 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 실습만족도는 일반적 특성으로 자기효능감(r=.540, p=.000), 셀프리더십(r=.553, p=.000), 비판적사고능력(r=.382, p=.000), 전공만족도(r=.248, p=.003)간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 변인은 자기효능감 20.4%(𝛽=.266, p=.047), 셀프리더십 51.2% (𝛽=.271, p=.047)로 나타났으며, 실습만족도에 대한 변인들의 설명력은 33.8%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 실습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 셀프리더십과 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 교육과정 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다.
