치위생과 학생의 인성과 대인관계

본 연구는 치위생과 학생을 대상으로 인성과 대인관계가 어느 정도 인지 파악하고자 조사하였다. 조사는 2021년 4월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 진행되었다. 연구결과 인성은 3.42점, 대인관계는 3.46점이었으며, 일반적으로 대인관계 만족도와 대학생활 만족도에서 인성과 대인관계 하위영역 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05, p<.001). 임상실습 경험이 있을수록 대인관계 중 친구관계와 교수관계에 대한 점수는 낮았다. 인성의 하위영역 중 도덕성과 사회성이 가장 높은 양의 상관관계(r=.674), 대인관계에서는 친구관계와 교수관계가 높은 상관관계(r=.606)로 분석되었다. 따라서 예비 치과위생사인 치위생과 학생들의 전인적 성장과 치과의료 현장 적응을 위해서는 가장 기본이 되는 인성과 대인관계 함양에 대해 대학에서도 장기적인 전략과 지속적인 교육적 접근이 필요하며, 치과위생사의 직무와 연계한 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 적용될 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.
