본 연구는 정부지원, 네트워크 역량과 지식공유가 혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 혁신행동이 매개하는 효과의 영향 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 코로나 확산일로의 시기로 디지털 기반의 네트워크와 지식공유 활동이 빠르게 범용화된 가운데 법인기업 재직자를 대상으로 357부의 설문을 분석하여 SPSS 버전 24와 smart PLS 3를 활용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 정부지원, 네트워크 역량, 지식공유가 증가하면 혁신성과도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신행동은 네트워크 역량, 지식공유와 혁신성과 사이의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 정부지원은 네트워크 역량에 있어 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 혁신성과 창출에 있어서 중요한 혁신행동 유발을 위해 기업인들의 네트워크 역량을 제고하고 지식공유 활성화를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 정부 지원정책으로 제시하여야 하겠다. 이는 곧 기업인들이 자발적으로 더욱 유연하고 자유롭게 아이디어를 개발하고 실행할 수 있도록 하는 동인이 되어 줌으로써 기업과 산업의 혁신성장으로 경쟁력을 높이는 계기가 되어줄 것이다. 즉, 본 연구는 지식공유 활동과 함께 혁신행동을 야기하여 혁신성과 창출에 도움을 주는 네트워크 역량에 있어서의 정부지원의 효과성을 검증하고 전체적인 구조상에서 종합적으로 요인들 간 관계성을 실증하였다.
