본 논문은 조직에서 상사의 비인격적 감독이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 그 경로에서 정서적 스트레스와 직무열의의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직장인 317명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS Macro 및 Bootstrapping 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 비인격적 감독, 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도 간의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였으며 이중매개관계가 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 상사의 비인격적 감독과 정서적 스트레스, 직무열의, 이직의도에 대한 경로를 규명하였다는 점에서 시사점을 제공한다. 향후 종단적 연구 및 경로에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 심층 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.
