임상간호사의 여가만족도와 소진이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 임상간호사의 여가만족도와 소진이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 간호사의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행된 서술적 조사 연구이다. 연구대상자는 Y시 소재 상급종합병원의 간호사 233명을 대상으로 일반적 특성, 여가활동 특성, 여가만족도, 소진 및 직무만족도를 조사하였다. 여가만족도는 하위영역 중 긴장이완 요인이 가장 높았고(16.57±2.68), 소진은 신체적 소진(23.50±3.42)이 가장 심하였다. 여가만족도는 직무만족도와 정적 상관관계(r=.16, p=.013)를, 소진과 부적 상관관계(r=-.19, p=.003)를 나타냈다. 직무만족도 관련요인으로 소진(β=-0.68, p<.001)과 응급실(β=-0.12, p=.014) 근무가 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 전체 설명력은 47.0%이고 이 중 소진이 44.0%를 차지하였고 설정된 회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다(F=52.26, p<.001). 이상의 결과를 종합할 때, 소진을 감소시키기 위해 여가활동과 여가만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요하며 이는 임상간호사 직무 만족도 향상에 영향을 미칠 것이다.
