[국내논문] 첫 현장실습을 앞둔 치위생과 재학생의 불안에 관한 연구

본 연구는 일부 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 불안의 정도를 파악하고 학과 만족도 및 실습기대감과의 연관성을 확인해 봄으로써 첫 현장실습을 앞 둔 학생들의 심리적 관리 방향에 대한 기초를 제공하기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 첫 현장실습을 앞둔 치위생과 재학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 최종분석대상자는 135명이며 일반적 특성, 상태불안, 학과 만족도, 현장실습 기대감, 사전교육 만족도를 조사하였고 평균과 표준편차, 일원배치 분산분석, 다중선형 회귀분석방법을 통해 통계분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 직전학기 성적 하위 군에서 불안수준이 높았고, 불안수준이 낮은 군에서 학과만족도와 사전교육 만족도가 높았다. 상관분석 결과 학과만족도, 현장실습기대감, 사전교육 만족도와 상태불안과는 음의 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 실습기대감이 높을수록 상태불안이 낮아지며 실습기대감이 낮을수록 상태불안이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 현장실습 전 상태불안 수준을 낮추고 임상실습 기대감을 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 필요가 있다.
