본 연구는 개념지도를 활용한 팀 기반 임상실습 교육이 간호대학생의 학습태도, 자기주도학습, 비판적 사고에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시행되었다. 연구대상자는 임상실습 교과목을 수강 중인 간호대학생 80명이다. 자료분석SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계와 paired t-test로 시행하였다. 연구결과, 학습태도(p< .000), 자기주도학습(p< .000), 비판적사고(p< .000) 점수가 교육 전, 후 통계적으로 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 간호대학생에게 개념지도를 이용한 체계적인 팀 기반 임상실습 프로그램의 개발 및 적용을 권장하며, 이 결과는 교과목의 특성을 반영한 다양한 교수-학습 방법에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
