본 연구의 목적은 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 학습태도, 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관의 관련성을 파악하고, 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상은 간호대학생 226명이며, 2022년 10월 17일부터 31일까지 자료수집을 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA 및 Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 셀프리더십은 간호전문직관과 양의 상관관계가 있으며, 간호전문직관의 가장 큰 영향 요인은 셀프리더십이었다. 본 연구는 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 학습태도, 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관의 수준을 파악하고 간호전문직관의 영향요인을 확인하여 간호전문직관 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between learning attitude, self-leadership, and nursing professionalism of nursing students in the COVID-19, and to identify the influencing factors on nursing professionalism. The subjects of the study were 226 nursing students, and data were collected from September 17 to 31, 2022. Data analysis was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. As a result of the study, self-leadership was positively correlated with nursing professionalism, and self-leadership was the most influential factor of nursing professionalism. This study is meaningful in that it presents basic data for the promotion of nursing professionalism by identifying the level of learning attitude, self-leadership, and nursing professionalism of nursing students in the COVID-19, and confirming the influencing factors of nursing professionalism.

대상 데이터

연구 대상자는 W시에 위치한 간호대학에 재학 중인 학생으로 1학년 입학당시 부터 코로나19를 겪은 3학년생으로 연구자와 관련이 없는 간호대학생 이었다. 본 연구의목적과 내용을 이해하고 자발적인 참여와 거부할 수 있는 권리에 대한 설명을 실시한 후 연구 참여 동의서에 자필 서명하도록 하였다.
95를 기준으로 하였을 때 최소인원 수는 205명으로 산출되었다. 탈락률 10%를 고려하여 230명에게 수집한 설문지 중 불충분하게 응답한 4부를 제외한 226부를 분석에 사용하였다.

데이터처리

4) 대상자의 학습태도, 셀프리더십, 간호전문직관에 대한 상관관계는 Pearson’s correlation coefficient로 분석하였다.
1) 대상자의 일반적 특성은 기술적 통계를 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였다.
2) 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 학습태도, 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관에 대한 차이는 t-test, one-way ANOVA로 분석하고 사후검증은 Scheffe test로 분석하였다.
3) 대상자의 학습태도, 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관 정도는 최솟값, 최댓값, 평균과 표준편차로 산출하였다. 왜도와 첨도 값을 구하여 정규분포 정도를 확인하였다.
5) 대상자의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다.

성능/효과

2) 대상자의 학습태도, 셀프리더십, 간호전문직관의 정도를 확인한다.
연구대상자의 학습태도, 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관의 상관관계를 확인한 결과 간호전문직관은 셀프리더십(r=.342, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(Table 3).
연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 학습태도, 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관에 대한 차이를 분석한 결과 일반적 특성에 따른 학습태도는 간호학과 선택동기(F=3.877, p=.005), 전공만족도(F=34.294, p<.001) 및 대학생활만족도(F=21.376, p<.001)에서 차이가 있었다
대학생활만족도는 ‘매우만족’이 ‘만족’보다 ‘만족’은 ‘만족하지 않음’ 보다 대학생활에 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 연령, 성별, 간호학과 선택동기, 동아리활동, 전공만족도 및 대학 생활만족도에 따른 셀프리더십과 간호전문직관은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다(Table 1).
연구대상자의 학습태도와 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관에 대한 정도를 분석한 결과 학습태도는 5점 만점에 3.53점, 셀프리더십은 3.74점 및 간호전문직관은 3.86점으로 나타났으며, 왜도와 첨도 값을 구한 결과 정규분포를 가정할 수 있다(Table 2).
연구결과, 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호전문직관은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 간호전문직관은 셀프리더십과 유의한 양의 상관 관계를 보였으며, 간호전문직관의 가장 큰 영향요인은 셀프리더십이었으며, 그 다음으로는 간호학과 선택동기 중 ‘스스로 적성과 취미가 맞아서’로 나타났다.

후속연구

연구의 제한점으로 첫째, 1학년 입학당시부터 3년간 코로나19 상황을 경험한 대상자의 연구결과를 코로나19 이전의 연구결과와 비교분석하였기에 연구 결과 해석을 신중하게 해야 한다. 둘째, 본 연구의 대상자는 3학년 학생으로 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 설정하고 분석하였기에 연구결과를 일반화하는데 제한이 있다.

둘째, 본 연구의 대상자는 3학년 학생으로 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 설정하고 분석하였기에 연구결과를 일반화하는데 제한이 있다. 따라서 포스트코로나 시대 다양한 지역과 전체 학년의 간호대학생을 대상으로 추가 연구를 제언한다.
또한 다양한 비교과 프로그램의 개발과 운영이 요구된다. 연구의 한계점으로 코로나19 상황이 아직도 진행되고는 있으나 처음과는 다르게 많이 완화된 상황에서 어느 정도 대면과 비대면 학습환경에 익숙해진 간호대학생들을 대상으로 하였기에 결과해석에 신중하게 해야 한다. 다만 본 연구를 통하여 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 학습태도와 셀프리더십 및 간호전문직관의 수준파악과 간호전문직관의 영향요인을 확인하여 간호전문직관 증진을 위한 기초자료를 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.
