본 연구는 간호대학생의 통합임상실습 전·후 학습성과의 차이를 파악하여 효율적인 임상실습 교육 운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 단일군 사전·사후 설계로 자료수집은 2021년 7월 19일부터 9월 10일까지 간호대학생 38명을 대상으로 2주간 통합임상실습 전·후 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win 23.0을 이용하여 빈도, Wilcoxon sign rank, 피어슨 상관관계로 분석하였다. 통합임상실습 후 제1학습성과(통합적용)(Z=-4.63, p<.001), 제2학습성과(핵심수행)(Z=-3.99, p<.001), 제6학습성과(비판적사고)(Z=-3.60, p<.001) 및 제11학습성과(연구수행)(Z=-2.76, p=.005)가 실습 전보다 유의하게 증가하였다. 통합임상실습이 학습성과를 향상시키는 효과적인 실습인 것으로 나타났으므로 학습성과 향상을 위한 전략으로 적극 활용하기를 제언한다.
