본 연구는 하브루타 학습법의 적용이 방사선과 대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취도 및 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 시도된 단일군 사전-사후 실험연구이다. 본 연구는 2023년 5월 1일부터 6월 23일까지 진행되었으며 전라남도 1개 대학교 방사선과 2학년을 대상으로 방사선기기학을 수강하는 38명을 대상으로 6주 동안 하브루타 학습법을 적용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 사용하였으며, 척도의 신뢰도를 검증하고 대상자의 일반적 특성, 측정변수에 대한 사전값과 사후값은 기술통계, 하브루타 학습법의 전과 후의 차이는 Paired t-test로 검증하였다. 연구결과 하브루타 학습법은 학업적 자기효능감(t=-2.70, p<.001), 학업성취도(t=-2.87, p=.006), 의사소통능력(t=-2.76, p=.008)에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보여주었다. 결과적으로 하브루타 학습법은 방사선과 대학생들의 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취도 및 의사소통능력을 증진시키는 효과적인 학습법으로 확인되었다. 향후 하브루타 학습법의 확대 적용이 필요할 것이다.

This study was a one-group pretest-posttest design experimental study that attempted to verify the effects of applying the Havruta learning method on the academic self-efficacy, academic achievement, and communication skills of radiology college students. This study was conducted from May 1 to June 23, 2023, and applied the Havruta learning method for 6 weeks to 38 second-year radiologists taking a radiology technology course at a university in Jeollanam-do. SPSS/WIN 21.0 was used for data analysis, the reliability of the scale was verified, the subject's general characteristics, pre-test values and post-test values for measurement variables were verified with descriptive statistics, and the difference between before and after the Havruta learning method was verified with paired t-test. Research results show that the Havruta learning method improves academic self-efficacy (t=-2.70, p<.001), academic achievement (t=-2.87, p=.006), and communication skills (t=-2.76, p=.008). showed a statistically significant difference. As a result, Havruta learning method was confirmed as an effective learning method that improves academic self-efficacy, academic achievement, and communication skills of radiology college students. In the future, expanded application of the Havruta learning method will be necessary.

제안 방법

본 연구는 하브루타 학습법이 방사선과 대학생들의 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취도 및 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시도되었으며 단일집단 사전-사후 실험설계(One group pretest-posttest)를 적용하였으며 구체적 설계 내용은 Table 1과 같다.

대상 데이터

본 연구는 전라남도에 위치한 일개 대학교의 방사선과 2학년 전체 학생인 38명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2023년 5월 1일부터 6월 23일까지로 연구자가 연구의 목적 및 방법에 대하여 사전 설명을 진행한 후 자발적으로 동의 한 대상자들에게 시행되었다.

데이터처리

연구도구의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α 계수로 산출하였으며, 대상자의 일반적 특성은 실수와 백분율, 측정 변수에 대하여서는 중재 전과 후에 평균과 표준 편차를 구한 후 차이는 Paired t-test로 검증하였다.

성능/효과

연구결과, 하브루타 학습법은 방사선과 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취도, 의사소통능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 하브루타 학습법을 좀 더 다양한 교육과정과 다양한 학생 그룹에 적용하길 기대해 본다.
의사 소통능력은 하브루타 학습법 중재 전 3.67± .47점에서 3.83± .42점으로 증가하면서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 보여주었다(t=-2.76, p=.008).
학업성취도는 중재 전 3.27± .53점에서 중재 후 3.84± .59점으로 향상되면서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다(t=-2.87, p=.006)
학업적 자기효능감의 점수는 하브루타 학습법을 적용 전 평균 3.85 ± .32점에서 4.05± .44점으로 증가하여 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 보여주었다(t=-2.70, p<.001)

후속연구

연구결과, 하브루타 학습법은 방사선과 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감, 학업성취도, 의사소통능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 하브루타 학습법을 좀 더 다양한 교육과정과 다양한 학생 그룹에 적용하길 기대해 본다.
