[국내논문] 3교대 병원간호사의 일과 삶의 균형과 간호 전문직 자부심이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 3교대 병원간호사를 대상으로 일과 삶의 균형, 간호 전문직 자부심, 직무착근도의 수준을 확인하고, 일과 삶의 균형과 간호 전문직 자부심이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시행된 서술적 상관성 조사연구이다. 근무경력 12개월 이상인 종합병원에서 근무하는 3교대 간호사 144명의 설문 자료로 결과를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN/PC 24.0 통계 프로그램을 이용해 서술적 통계, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 위계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 3교대 병원간호사의 일과 삶의 균형, 간호 전문직 자부심, 직무착근도의 상관관계가 확인되었으며, 직무착근도에 미치는 요인으로 간호 전문직 자부심(β=.59, p<.001), 경제상태를 보통으로 인식하는 것(β=.20, p=.036)이 확인되었다. 두 변수에 의한 설명력은 41.1%였다. 따라서 3교대 병원간호사의 직무착근도를 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 간호 전문직 자부심 향상을 도모할 수 있는 교육 및 중재 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 실행되어야 하겠다.
