본 연구의 목적은 걷기 운동시 스텝빈도 조절이 혈중 지질대사 및 호르몬 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 20~30대초 건강한 남자 8명을 연구대상으로 Metronome을 이용하여 7.2km/h의 속도로 30분간 트레드밀에서 BSF의 일상적 스텝빈도를 기준으로 빈도 20%를 높인 HSF와 빈도 10%를 낮춘 LSF로 걷기 운동을 실시하였다. 운동중 심박수는 3분 간격으로 측정하였고, 혈액검사는 2회 안정시, 운동직후 T-C, TG, FFA, GH, Cortisol을 측정하였다. 자료처리는 집단간, 시기간 사전 및 사후검사 평균 차이 검증을 위하여 반복 이원변량분석(two-way ANOVA with repeated measures)을 실행하고, 상호작용이 유의한 경우 집단 내 차이는 종속 t-검증(paired t-test)을 실행하였다. During the exercise, the heart rate was checked in every 3 minutes. Rest and after exercise measured blood lipids metabolism and hormones(T-C, TG, FFA, GH, Cortisol). Two-way ANOVA was used to compare any significant differences in pre-to-post changes of measured variables between normal walking and the others than. We should paired t-test to see the major effect and the interaction. FFA had significant difference in normal walking and the others than(p<.05), high and low frequency walking except T-C, which is TG, FFA, GH, Cortisol had significant difference in pre-to-post(p<.05). Normal walking had significant difference in FFA and GH(p<.05). In conclusion, high frequence walking has an effected on energy expenditure, the blood lipid metabolism and hormone level more than normal walking on treadmills in 7.2km/h of speed.
