○ 산지경영체의 대형마트 거래 경영성과 및 판매안정화 대응능력
- 대형마트 거래 산지경영체의 경영성과는 출하안정과 교섭력 강화가 각 3.3점, 판매기술향상 3.1점, 거래만족도 2.7점, 비용절감 2.4점 순으로 나타남.
- 대형마트와 거래 산지경영체의 판매안정화 대응능력을 향상하기 위해서는 학교급식 등의 대량수요처 발굴 4.0점, 직거래 비율확대 3.7점, 가공식품 개발 3.5점, 타 대형마트와 정보교류 3.3점, 도매시장과 교류 3.1점 순으로 나타남.

As a result from several other studies, it becomes necessary to not only increase the rate of selling composition of PB product temporarily, but also analyze the characteristics of customers using big retailers and segmenting customer groups to make PB product as a consideration commodity set for them. In addition, it is needed to have a variety of acts of marketing.
As having the movement of developing private brand(PB) goods, domestic big retailers are facing up with new problems. Thus, it is required studies of PB products, and how consumers recognize PB products as a consideration commodity set. Also, it is worthy in order that it gives us the important meaning on the marketing strategy with focusing on evaluating the differences between customers buying PB grocery goods with respect to demographic characteristics and purchasing behaviors.
This study analyzed large distributors' trade features with local suppliers and their direct purchase features through the survey and the interview targeting some MDs(Merchandisers) in large retailers responsible for buying foods.
A objective of this study is development for confrontational strategy of local management system. For the attainment of research carry out a survey large retailers, production organization, and the consumer. A main contents is consist of as follows;
First, this study carry out a survey on PB developing strategy, Agricultural Products Transaction Situations in major supermarket agri-food buyer and analyzed transactions between the major supermarkets and production organization.
Second, this study is analysed agri-food PB consumption tendency of major supermarket users.
Third, this study is investigated for Marketing Stages improvement of agricultural product organization and large retailers under the Same item Condition.
Fourth, this study is investigated PB developing strategy, Agricultural Products Transaction Situations of foreign country.
Fifth, distribution costs is investigated by stagy from production and selling.
Sixth, management achievements establish by distribution channel is analysed through outstanding case investigation result.
