Ⅳ. 연구개발결과
1. ‘백마’, ‘운백’은 2주간의 25.1℃처리로 탈춘화 되었다.
2. 국내육성 스탠다드 국화의 발근양상은 ‘백마’, ‘백설’, ‘선미’ 품종이 우수하였다.

1. Chrysanthemum is occupy 10% of whole flower production in Korea. The high consumption of cut chrysanthemum at Japan is benefit to Korea. In the japanese market, but Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia and China is superior than Korea. So we conducted this study to lead at japanese market than Southeast Asian countries and to prepare when Korea import chrysanthemum from those countries.First, we study growth of Korean domestic cultivars ‘Baekma’, and ‘Woonbaek’ under high temperature condition. Flowering dates of ‘Baekma’ is fast under 28℃ than 18℃. Two weeks of high temperature treatment is enough to devernalization in these cultivars. Also we examine cutting efficiency of several Korean domestic cultivars. Rooting rate of ‘Baekma’, ‘Seonmi’, ‘Baekseol’ is dominant than‘Woonbaek’ and ‘Hi Baeksan’.
2. Carried out to study of growth and flowering response of four newly bred domestic chrysanthemum varieties, namely, ’Baekseol’, ‘Woonbaek’ ‘Sumi’ and ‘Jinba’(control) to night temperatures, light quantity and planting time for the better energy saving and stable production of cut flowers during winter cultivation. Floral differentiation stage in semi-forcing culture of chrysanthemum was affected by different night temperatures; in control ‘Jinba’ cultivar flowering was occurred at 1 7℃ whereas in ‘Baekseol’ cultivar even at 13ºC of night temperatures flowering occurred 15 days earlier compared to control and heating cost reduced by 46.2%, whereas in ‘Woonbaek’ cultivar when temperature maintained at 17ºC flowering occurred 11.3 days earlier compared to control, thereby reducing heating costs by 17.4%. In forced culture of chrysanthemum when four nighttime heating onset temperatures of 5, 9, 13, 17℃ maintained, number of days to flowering of‘Baekseol’ cultivar were 61, 57, 46, 40, respectively, showing possibilities of low temperature maintaining during winter cultivation for this particular cultivar. In addition the number of days to flowering in ‘Baekseol’ chrysanthemum was 55, 56, 59, 61 days in light transmittance levels of 100, 84, 65, 56%, respectively, showing better adaptability characteristics of ‘Baekseol’ cultivar for the low light conditions which occur in winter cultivation period. It was required 110, 95, 97 days in‘Baekseol’ cultivar to flower when planting was carried out in September, October and November, respectively. Also it was observed that when planting was carried out in October, chrysanthemum plants produced shorter flower neck length, larger flowers and overall quality of cut flowers was improved. On the other hand, in‘Sumi’ variety flowering occurred later compared to control and ‘Baekseol’ cultivars.
3. At this study we examine hydroponic technology of domestic chrysanthemum. We investigate fertigation amount according to solar proportional control system at Circulating hydroponic cultivation. When 100Wh/m2 solar radiation treatment, both fertigation amount and chlorophyll content is high. We also investigate disinfection method of medium. Damping-off is low density when Metam sodium 50L/10a treatment. Furthermore we examine drip irrigation method. The longer the length of the infusion tube and one-time irrigation amount is low the irrigation deviation is larger. As a result of differentiation pH of fertigation solution, pH 6.5 treatment is best cut flower quality.
4. This study was carried out to examine the effect of cultivation method and environmental control on occurrence of white rust and growth of chrysanthemum in the greenhouse. We investigate occurrence of white rust and growth of chrysanthemum by cultivation method in the greenhouse. Fertilizer deficiency, high planting density and non mulching treatment result in white rust. In addition, low temperature and high relative humidity condition result in white rust. And we observed low occurrence of white rust when natural + fan ventilation. Furtheremore, humidity control by heating treatment can reduce white rust. Finally, occurrence rate of white rust reduced at natural ventilation + dehumidfier+ agrochemical treatment.
5. We also study postharvest management techniques about domestic cut chrysanthemum. ‘Baekseol’ is flowering normally and significantly increased vase life when harvest phase Ⅱ, stored at 5℃. ‘Pink Pride’ is flowering normally and increased vase life when harvest phase Ⅱ, 5, 7, 9℃ pre-cooling, regardless of the storage temperature. ‘Baekseol’ is flowering normally and increased vase life when 1-MCP 0.5g/m3 and Promalin(GA4+7+BA) 10mg/L treatment. ‘Pink Pride’ is flowering normally and increased vase life when Promalin(GA4+7+BA) treatment.
