Sub Task 3: Study of Improved Social Acceptance of Nuclear Safety and Nuclear Improving Image
This study presents a model and strategic communications regulatory measures to enhance public understanding and acceptance of nuclear and radiation safety regulation by domestic and foreign case studies and previous research. National interests of safety regulations by providing a forum through such forums with local media and opinion leaders of opinion leaders also want to draw relevant policy discussions and suggestions for ways to improve. The priority should be improving the reliability of the nuclear safety regulatory authorities in order to promote social understanding of nuclear safety regulation, the measures to enhance the transparency of the operation of the nuclear power plant operators are required. This effort is important for proper awareness of the public about nuclear safety regulatory authority for this purpose. Nuclear and Radiation Regulatory agency specializing in group KINS will require a deep worry about whether and public awareness as a watchman for nuclear radiation safety fields.
Approximately 1/5 of the public were indifferent or not to pay attention to the nuclear issue. This result leaves important implications for the future strategic direction of the nuclear safety policy communications. It will have to develop a communications strategy that meets the policy framework and the psychological peculiarities of the perception of consumers to an effective nuclear safety policy communications.
What, in that all differences of perception and attitude to nuclear energy and related phenomena or objects that can cause misunderstandings and conflict between policy and consumer stakeholders for a common denominator of public awareness of nuclear safety will be monitored on a regular basis. And that can be hard work in collecting the perception of consumers to a rational policy analysis institutional arrangement and emotional consensus is required.
For example, governments and public institutions operating Chapter of the public debate, as well as to form a policy network of civil society centers and production reflects the first of the nuclear safety policy, while interacting with the local community and NGO and jointly with regulatory agencies ledI suggest that you watch.
Second, nuclear safety policy with regard to effective consumer segmentation and targeting strategy, in order to effectively communicate policy is basically to whom policies are important regarding whether to pass any message in any way.
This wealth of information related to the upcoming nuclear power, knowledge, ideas, opinions storage, processing, could provide the momentum that could lead to a win-win concept and principles agreed by being shared. In addition, still need to establish a specific communication strategy on the subject is not indifferent attention to the nuclear issue or the rate of 1/5 of consumer policy. This can be a very important issue in the upcoming section that enable collective intelligence of civil society centered on nuclear power. There needs to be devoted to nuclear energy without that collective indifference or 20% of the national minorities of silence and neglect to improve the literacy and its policy on nuclear energy and build a communication infrastructure that can promote participation.
Nuclear safety policy in the communications policy point of view it is urgent to establish an interpersonal communication and social and cultural relations center of nuclear assets in order to be innovative by-products in Korea. If you recognize the consensus of nuclear policy is emerging is enhancing the enlargement of human information mediated factor power, such as broadcasting and the Internet as a medium in the process speed, large will be able to activate your awareness and discourse on nuclear power over the human information-mediated factors. For example, a topic addressed in depth in nuclear and nuclear Try to offer a communication process of the local community center can be discussed.
Sub Task 4: Study on How to Improve Nuclear Public Understanding Activities of Women Nuclear Specialists
