한우용 조사료 자급과 한우농가의 소득증진을 위하여 지금과 같이 폐기·소각되는 농산부산물과 식품부산부산물을 대체 사료로 활용함으로서 한우경영개선에 기여하고, 과다한 한우 브랜드는 소비자의 인식을 어렵게 함으로 이를 해결하기 위하여 지역발생 농부산물을 로컬피드로 생산·공급하여 지역의 로컬피드를 활용하여 한우브랜드로 차별화하며, 한우농가의 소득증진을 위하여 로컬피드 활용과 더불어 지역거점 장날을 적극활용하여 한우농가의 소득증진을 도모하도록 한다. 특히 지역농산물을 선호하는 로커보어의 관심을 유도하여 판매를 활성화하도록 함.

Between agricultural and food by-products which are regional substitutes to increase self-sufficiency rate of forage for Korean cattle (here by Hanwoo), establishing a measure to utilize the agricultural by-products is required. The purpose is mainly to decrease production cost of Hanwoo farms and to consider a way to increase farm household income through local feed supply which is created by region (separating the whole country into Gyeonggi region, Gangwon region, Chungcheong region,Honam region and Yeongnam region). Especially, the farm household income needs to be increased through utilizing Korean beef brands (here by Hanwoo brand) because although there are currently 239 Hanwoo brands, they are not differentiated among consumers, and also their role as Hanwoo which represents each region is restricted. Furthermore, utilizing agricultural by-products which are created differently by region as rural special local feed shall be reduce the production cost.
The local feed will be also utilized for rural special Hanwoo brand, and a 6th industry standard model of the Hanwoo is set through a expansion strategy (local production-local consume) which meets consumers' needs.
The purposes are also, firstly, to suggest a way to establish local feed circulation marketing system(community supply and demand center) which handles collection, appraisal, rating,storage, and distribution by region. And secondly, to increase the Hanwoo farm household income and establish supply system of the Hanwoo by specializing in local food as a local specialty.
Lastly, to establish a method to discover, attract and systematize locavore who prefer specialties.
□ Results
Consumption and supply of domestic forage are determined to improve effectiveness and importance of the domestic forage supply. An alternative way is established after an examination over the problems why the domestic forage has been disregarded, as the self-sufficiency rate keeps decreasing despite of the government's efforts on the domestic forage supply.
A measure is established that may resolve complaints of the Hanwoo farms or TMR producers, and as a distribution company takes an important role which handles production and supply of the domestic forage. Therefore, after comprehending all these matters, the supply and demand center is suggested that it could provide information to help establish a forage distribution organization.
For the vitalization of the domestic forage, rating regulation is implemented experimentally and selected by region to promote a measure to solve forage problems. Accordingly, a measure to determine grade and standard are suggested for the eco-feed.
Types of the Hanwoo industry which utilizes the resource circulation forage, resource circulating agriculture, and a way that utilizes the agricultural and the food by-products in order to provide them as the forage are suggested. Introduction of machines which overcome the difficulty of harvesting bean by-products, a way that utilizes not only rice straw but also various resources for the resource circulation forage and the other way to utilize other food crops and vegetables are suggested.
For the utilization of by-products of local specialities, a way that produces silage by utilizing sweet potato straws is suggested.

Forage produced in Korea are classified in detail to fit for purpose. Also, the domestic forage supply and demand system are comprehended by region that a way for smooth distribution of the forage is suggested.
