In the inhibition effect on tyrosinase, PFE showed a hogher value of 93.55% than PE 80.PE 50 showing 88.17%, 55.91%, respectively. in the inhibition effct on XOase and SCE, PFE showed a hogher value of 62.77% for XOase and 78.02% for ACE than PE 80, PE 50 showing 62.77%, 64.90% for XOase and 69.82%, 21.75% for ACE, respectively. In effect on Electron donating ability, PFE showed a higher value of 92.20% than PE 80, PE 50 showing 74.66%, 53.47%, respectively. in effect on SOD-like ability, PE 80 showed d higher value of 31.11% than PFE, PE 50 showing 29.65%, 25.43% respectively. In effect in Nitrite scavenging ability, PE 80 showed a higher value of 77.85% in pH 1.2 than PFE, PE 50 showing 73.24%,73.45, respectively, so that PFE showed a hogher value of 32.70% in pH 6.0 than PE 80, PE 50 showing 28.65, 28.58%, respectively. The result of search using HPLC to organic acid, PFE showed a higher contents of ascorbic acid than PE 80, PE 50, and that all samples(PFE,PE 80,PE 50) showed a higher contents of ascorbic acid, concerned with effect of actioxidative. PFE indicated higher than PE 80, PE 50 about effect of inhibitory zone formation and growth inhibiting on Mold, Yeast, Gram negative bacteria, and Gram positive bacteria , also relatively high effect on Micrococcus Iuteus, Pseudomonas aeruginose. On the results of this study, it indicated superior of effect that pine needle fermentation extract than different in consistency of pine needle extracts about physioligical functionality and antimicrobial activity, on the basis of these results, pine needle fermentation extract showed the possibility for industrial application as functional materials.
