While a debate continues to rage over whether leadership affects organizational outcomes, a new area of leadership theory is building evidence that certain types of leaders, variously referred to as charismatic, visionary, transformational, are more effective than leaders without these characteristics. Therefore, the major purposes of this thesis are to affect on a job satisfaction and a extra effort charismatic leadership and to mod- erate organization structure between that. To achieve of this purposes, this paper make used of a questionnaire method. The total sample of respondents was composed of 154 peoples who had worked in business at Gwangyang, Yoesu, and Sunchon city. And the factors of charismatic leadership consisted of building factor of strategic vision, an acceptance to environment and individual risk taking factor, an acceptance factor to worker's need, a factor and a destructive behavior factor. The results of this survey are as follows; First, except for a destructive behavior factor, the factors of charismatic leadership have positively influence on the job satisfaction. Therefore, the charismatic leadership have partly shown to affect on the job satisfaction. Second, except for building factor of strategic vision, a acceptance factor to worker's need, a factor, and a destructive behavior factor, a only acceptance to environment and individual risk taking factor has positively influence on the extra effort. Therefore, the charismatic leadership have partly shown to affect on the extra effort. Third, the organization structure moderate not between the charismatic leadership and the job satisfaction. Fourth, While the correlation between a building factor of strategic vision and extra effort in the organic organization structure group have not shown higher the correlation between those in the organization structure group, the correlation between a acceptance to environment and individual risk taking factor, a acceptance factor to worker's need, a factor, and a destructive behavior factor and extra effort in the organic organization structure group have shown higher the correlation between those in the organization structure group.
