Cho Young Seung(2001) has studied 1,416 students of Kyonggi Province who were dropped out of schools, and then suggests in his study that one of the main reasons that many students drop of school is due to the conflict between themselves and teachers. The rate is up to 10 % and its meaning is more than the result, especially to teachers like us. The Christian teachers must be the one without any droppers. In Luke 17:1 to 2, Jesus our Lord gives us a great instruction. “Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come : but woe unto him, through whom they come! It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones” In the verses, Jesus tells us about the responsibility of the persons who make other peoples feel very sorry. The Christian teachers must not allow some of students to leave schools halfway and also must not make any of them decide to stop school because of the troubles between teachers and themselves. To make it sure, this thesis will be telling about some suggestions. 1. The students are the best creatures of God. This is very important. They need ardently teachings, controlled by teachers, which means that teachers teach in his/her own willingness. When teachers estimate their students, they must have the divine viewpoint that they are created according to God's image. With such viewpoint, we teachers come to fall in love with each of their souls and try not to treat them badly. Our students are precious only because of the fact that each of them is God's image. If teachers keep it in their mind, they can apply it to the real classroom situations. Therefore, they also try to make them realize that students themselves are created by God's image, and their teachings and treatment to students will be positive and full of love and warmth and kindness. 2. The students are the persons who must be cured. They do not have healthy personality yet, changing endlessly, and they must be disciplined because of their sinfulness in their minds. Ephesians 4: 14 "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive" As the verse says, their personality is not completed, that is, flexible, and so they must be cured all the time to have 'perfect' personality. We teachers must have positive and instructive attitude toward them by recognizing and complimenting their real value. 3. The students are the persons who must be recovered. Jesus came down to this world and disciplined his twelve apostles. His ultimate purpose is the recovering of peoples on the earth. We teachers must work to make each of our students recovered by God's image and God's personality, with the help of confident expectation. In this thesis, the theoretical background is based on what Jesus did for his teachings and comparison between His way and our way, and also the purpose of this thesis is to give our teachers the opportunity to stimulate the elements of creation and cure and recover inside our students. When given the chance to have creation and cure and recover, our students can experience the great change in their minds and as a result they themselves will to pioneer their own revolution. We, teachers, especially Christian teachers, must be able to offer the opportunity for our beloved students to try to make a revolutionary change on their own. “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart” Hebrews 4 : 12 "But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." 2 Timothy And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath : but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Ephesians 6 : 4
