This study is a qualitative study aiming at finding the changing aspects of children with disabilities through observing how various activities are performed surrounding the children in a place where an actual inclusion occurs. It also seeks to consider the necessaries for better inclusion. For the purpose of the study, two children who have received inclusion were selected. It analyzed how the effect of inclusion on children with disabilities appears focusing on social interaction, communication ability, academic achievement, and positive self-esteem. As the result of the study, in aspect of social interaction, sometimes they play a role of a nice teacher. They came to like an inclusion class so that they experienced such change as they did not want to return their special class. In aspect of communication, indifferent children with abilities came to talk to children with disabilities first, conversed with each other and developed an opportunity of communication. In aspect of academic achievement, children with disabilities were more often neglected in class compared to the special class where individualized education was conducted and therefore it was not able to decide its effect. However, it identified that participation of children with disabilities in class increased compared to the early of the semester. In aspect of positive self-esteem, as time to play with friends increased, children with disabilities came to feel joy and satisfaction and have confidence by the interest and praise of their teachers. The discussion of this study derived from the study results above is as follow. Firstly, it seeks to point out the importance of teachers' interest and active intervention when children with disabilities learn in an inclusion. In this study, children with disabilities were passive and aggressive during the early stage of learning, and interaction with other children was very insufficient. However, as class progressed, it was identified that they came to interact with other children actively. At this point, it was confirmed that teachers' active intervention, such as interest, praise and educational intervention, influences so much. Accordingly, it means to emphasize the importance of teachers' interest and active educational intervention for children with disabilities in inclusion. Secondly, although some positive changes were observed in aspects of social interaction, communication ability, academic achievement, and positive self-esteem as the effect of inclusion that was used for an analytic frame in this study, remarkable educational results were not observed. In order to accomplish continuous growth and inclusion for children with disabilities, but not to remain physical integration, it is required to promote an environment for inclusion. It needs to consider a matter of selecting inclusion teachers, extend inclusion hours to promote cooperative learning atmosphere with children with disabilities and to increase proper special educational services. In other words, in order to accomplish better educational efficacies, it needs to provide more educational opportunities for inclusion as well as the active interchange and cooperation between special education and regular education.
