In the hope of creating a future-oriented and higher education service, however, the Cyber University is struggling with some problems: continuously falling enrolment and increasing number of the students leaving school in mid-course compared to ordinary universities. These problems are closely related to an education system of Cyber University, Self-Directed Learning. In this system, students who are accustomed to getting education regulated by others or rule are required to find out information and solution by themselves.
Evaluation on efficiency and quality of course of Cyber University is needed. According to the researches conducted so far, most of them have focused on an overall assessment of operation system about e-learning education system and cyber education of ordinary universities. However, more specific evaluation of individual courses was unusual.

The influence of major factors (learner characteristics, instructor characteristics, system characteristic) of the assessment on the concentration and satisfaction of cyber course has been researched through a survey and suggestions for better e-learning and Cyber University have been made through model verification.
This research has focused on factors that affect the concentration and achievement of learners based on documentary records and actual analysis of students. Followings show the major consequences and suggestions of this research briefly.
First, learner characteristics has influence on both emotional and behavior concentration. The research shows that the learner can better concentrate emotionally when he or she has easier access in a cyber space, which clarifies the importance of comfort in using web.
Second, in the study of the connection between instructor characteristics and concentration, the way a professor gives a lecture was found to influence the emotional and behavior concentration. According to the research, this factor has more impact on concentration than the learner characteristics.
Third, Cyber University reflects e-learning as well as the learner characteristics and instructor characteristics and this specialty explains the most vital factor on the concentration is abundance of media. That is, the plentiful types of media helps learner to better concentrate as it replaces obstacles which limit communication or lectures in cyber space.
Fourth, emotional concentration has an effect on behavior one. Cyber University utilizing the Internet reflects the diversity of web users. When learners emotionally pay attention to study, they become more positive as learning and experience lots of activities in cyber lecture, which leads to a continuous participation.
Fifth, concentration brings positive aspects on achievement in learning. Students can obtain higher satisfaction to Cyber University and studying as they more focus on lectures.
This research suggests an analysis model to figure out some factors which play positive role in promoting concentration through the medium of concentration.
