Third, factors that affect quality of life of the elderly in latter term include: self-respect and feeling of depression, subjective satisfaction with children, capability to execute daily routine, type of residence, the number of children. It suggests higher self-respect, less feeling of depression, closer relationship with children, better capability to execute daily routine, living in their own homes and more children are associated with higher quality of life. Integrating these results, it was analyzed that there is a difference of the extent of influence of variable factors that affect quality of life of the elderly by age group. In case of the elderly in former term who are comparatively healthy, active and well-educated, it showed that factors such as education level, average monthly allowance, and contact with friends, relatives and neighbors affect quality of life; in case of the elderly in latter term whose daily activities are limited due to chronic illnesses, it showed that factors such as capability to execute
