다섯째, 출현음의 유형은 병창 ‘구만리에서 d, a, b, b♭, d', e', a', b', b♭', c'', d'', e'', g'', 동초제 판소리 ‘구만리’에서 나타난 출현음은 a, c', d', e', f' g', a', c'',d'',f''로, 병창 ‘구만리’의 음역대가 판소리 ‘구만리’의 a~f''까지의 음역 대에 비해 좀 더 넓음을 알 수 있었다.

‘Gumanli’ is the part where Heungbo takes leave of a swallow, and Heungbo’s feeling of pity about the separation from the swallow whose broken leg has recovered by Heungbo’s help and is about to leave for Gangnam to return his kindness is expressed in harmony with slow and sentimental Jinyangjo beat. The part of ‘Gumanli’ of Pansori is also called Gayageum Byeongchang and still being transmitted from generation to generation. In this thesis, the formation of ‘Gumanli’ Byeongchang was researched into by comparing and analyzing the whole musical organization of ‘Gumanli’ among the passages of Gayageum Byeongchang and Pansori. As a result, the following conclusion has been drawn. First, when different editorials of Pansori with the same passage as Gayageum Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ were compared, the editorial of ‘Gumanli’ of Dongchoje turned out to be most similar to it. With regard to this result, each transmission genealogy was examined to find the relation between ‘Gumanli’ of Byeongchang and that of Dongchoje. Through the examination, on the ground that Tae-hong Kang, Gwi-hee Park’s Gayageum Byeongchang master, used to be Dong-baek Lee’s pupil, along with Yeon-soo Kim, the founder of Dongchoje, and led an active life in Joseon vocal music research society together, the similarity between the ‘Gumanli’ editorials handed down by these two was found out to probably result from the relations. Second, ‘Gumanli’ of Byeongchang and Pansori consist of 36 rhythms in total, and all of them are sung only in Jinyangjo beat. The speed of Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ is ♩=50 on the standard of a dotted quarter note, and ‘Gumanli’ of Dongchoje Jeong-suk Oh’s Pansori had the beat of ♩=42. Third, the comparison result among various added intervals of two editorials of Byeongchang and Pansori showed that ‘big beat of big phrase’ of Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ had 29 rhythms, and Dongchoje ‘Gumanli’ had 14 rhythms, which means the difference was more than twice. This can be said to result from the feature of Gayageum chorus, that is, the Gayageum melody accompanied by the vocal sound. In case of ‘cross addition,’ Byeongchang had one beat and Pansori had 13 beats, which showed a big difference. ‘Ingeogeoli’ appeared on three beats of Byeongchang and one beat in Pansori, and ‘Gyodaejook’ appeared on 8 beats of Pansori and three beats of Byeongchang. Fourth, the research result of lining method, Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ was played by Woo tune with g note as the main, and Gyemyeom tune with b♭ as its main, and Dongchoje Pansori ‘Gumanli’ was finished with the play with c note-d note-f note as its main. Fifth, in terms of the type of appearing note, Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ had d, a, b, b♭, d', e', a', b', b♭', c'', d'', e'', and g'', and that of Dongchoje Pansori ‘Gumanli’ was a, c', d', e', f' g', a', c'', d'', and f'', so the note rage of Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ was proved to be a little wider than that of Pansori ‘Gumanli’ from a to f''. Sixth, when the melody of Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ and the melody of Dongchoje Pansori ‘Gumanli’ were compared, there were 5 cases of the same editorial and similar melody, four cases of the same editorial and extended melody, and four cases of the same editorial and totally different melody process. The research results above show that the formation of Gayageum Byeongchang ‘Gumanli’ was affected by the part of ‘Gumanli’ of Pansori Dongchoje , and the big beat of big phrase is the characteristic of Gayageum Byeongchang. In addition, it was found out that when a Byeongchang piece is formed through the transmission genealogy of famous singers of Gayageum Byeongchang, it’s not just biased on one Pansori, and the passages from different Pansori pieces are sung in variety.
