The increase of concerns on leisure activity due to the phenomenon of concentrating to city and psychological exhaustion and repression brings about reconsideration of leisure place. And we have to solve for social problem as the garbage site and a small number of ecology park. Thus, the purpose of this study is to estimate the economic value of ecology park in the Daegu Bangchunri garbage site, using a Contingent Valuation Method(CVM). The analytical method for the CVM study used the dichotomous question. The function form to presume the Willing To Pay(WTP) of the ecology park in the Daegu Bangchunri garbage site was the linear logit model and the turnbull distribution-free model. According to these study results, a sign of coefficient about price of proposal was negative(-) number by the dichotomous CVM analysis model. And scholarship(SCH), realization information(KNO), region(REG), and marriage(MAR) were positively related to the price of proposal. It is shown that the "Yes" reply efficiency for the price of proposal has significant impact, once respondents live in soejaeri, respondents get married, respondents have the high academic levels and respondents know about the creation project of ecology park. The average value of WTP of the ecology park was 22,082 won per household by turnbull distribution-free model. In other hands, the average value of WTP was 24,553 won per household by linear logit model. It is more higher than the turnbull distribution-free model. Therefore, the average value of WTP multiplied by the number of households(5,000), and as a result of the total value of ecology park in the Daegu Bangchunri garbage site, the average WTP of total value is estimated as 122,765,000 won per year.
