First, the overall papers about image making papers were analyzed according to 3 aspects: 1) the research topic; 2) the year; and 3) region. The results analyzing total domestic 121 papers about image making are as follows: As the result of the research topic and methodology trends, the most experiment papers focused on the analysis on image making styles, image making theoretical approaches, the image making satisfaction and preferences, and image making effects. So it is considered that the future experimental studies should research more various topics and can prove scientific objectivity. The result analyzing the papers according to the year published them showed that the papers published since 2002 have reported more various methods applying image making programs and the interest about image making have been increased. Additionally it was appeared that more experimental papers and programs about image making in different fields have been increased since 2002. Third, in terms of regional trend analysis, most research paper trend about image making was focused in Seoul and Metoropolitan area. Contrary to that, it was found tha the image making system study trend in local regions was gradually developed centering relevant theoretical studies. Second, as the result of analyzing the image making papers' research topic trends, it was identified that an image making system‘s internal and external effects should be occurred simultaneously in order to increase an interviewee's confidence and satisfaction, as well as to establish good relationship. So then the man's internal positive aspect will be maximized and his/her social abilities will be improved. The result analyzing the papers by age showed that study trend about image making programs focused on over 20s, so the research could know that experimental papers and researches about employment and relevant program development have actively been developed in various fields. The result reviewing the papers by job kind, various studies on teenagers, undergraduate schoolers and company employees as well as specific job groups like entertainers or politicians are actively developed. Third, the result analyzing some image making system programs, it was considered that the interview(an interviewee's first impression) have applied various educational programs to improve employment interview capability, conducted manpower training education and various attitude & etiquette lessons in order to increase an interviewee's confidence at an interview. The personal color program makes an interviewee's confident and positive image, reducing his/her demerits and maximizing merits. So the interviewee can get socially good evaluation, and maximize his/her abilities in confident and positive attitude. It was identified that the make-up programs have the psychological effect of more-positive self and some social effects like improving an interviewee's external image and relationship. The hair-making program was considered to make more effective image by suitably using the illusion effect of hair-making in order to meet an interviewee's intention reducing his/her demerits and emphasizing merits. And as a communication tool expression a person, so the fashion coordination programs were found as an important factor in employment interview situation or company life because the clothe allowed to predict an interviewee's internal factors like personality and attitude as well as external factors. It was found that CS programs could make an interviewee's relationship ability, communication ability and understanding about his/her organization and its culture, so could help him/her to raise sociality and to keep good relationship.
