The purpose of this study was to examine the Creation for the Adequate Repetition of Muscle Power during Intensity of Bench Press Exercise. Eleven healthy college age students participated in this study. All subjects were tested for their one repetition maximum(RM) strength on the supine bench press. Surface electrodes were attached on the belly of the pectoralis major and the bellies of the triceps brachii ; lateral head. Two-way ANOVA repeated measurement was used to identify significant differences of agonist muscle activation before and after the point of slowing during bench press exercise based on intensity. Also it used to identify significant differences of agonist muscle activation and physiological variables in this set. For ex-post comparison the simple first method of contrast was applied in. The study found the following results: The result of comparing on iEMG of agonist muscle activation separated by the point before and after noticeable slower speed, there is no statistically significant difference. However pectoralis major and triceps brachii high intensity than before since both tend to increase showed a lower intensity than previously tended to decrease later. Thus, declining of the muscle activation after the slow point does not seem to work properly due to Muscle Fatigue so repetitions by up to a significantly slower point is more efficient in order to improve muscle power.
