The purpose of this study is to compare and analysis how the belief of two teachers leading gifted elementary students appear specifically in the gifted elementary mathematics classroom, so from it we propose educational implications of beliefs of teachers for gifted mathematics education. For this reason, two teachers were selected with clear difference of belief of math as educational content, math as a teaching method, teaching, learning and gifted children as educational subjects, gifted education for them. For the collection of data, the researchers presented the same topic of class called 'quest of the magic square' for students of gifted class of fifth grade, and recorded class by video camera while observing the class directly, and also interviewed teachers and students in order to observe influence in aspect and sociomathematical norms of gifted elementary mathematics classroom of talent each teacher conduct. It is the results of a research about two contents implemented in this study. Firstly, As the result of comparing belief of two gifted elementary math guidance teacher, teaching methods of mathematics are similar in some ways, but I have confirmed that there is a clear difference in terms of mathematics, learning mathematics, aspect of recognition of talent, the role as a special teachers. A Teacher had 'traditional' belief in the aspect of mathematics content, 'mixed' belief in the aspect of teaching mathematics, 'traditional' belief in the aspect of learning mathematics, and belief that gifted children are autonomous seeker with high level of achievement and teachers are assistants for it. B Teacher had 'unconventional' belief in the aspect of mathematics content, 'unconventional' belief in the aspect of teaching mathematics, 'unconventional' belief in the aspect of learning mathematics, and belief that gifted children are autonomous seeker who are not always with high level of achievement and teachers are guide for them. Secondly, aspect of teaching and influence of sociomathematical norms of that appears in the gifted elementary mathematics classroom was confirmed on the basis of the difference between the belief of teachers. In the aspect of sociomathematical norms indicated by the gifted mathematics classroom, more than one teachers' beliefs are mixed and appear, and the difference between the belief of the gifted education gave the influence in gifted elementary mathematics classroom the most. A Teacher's beliefs appeared with the sociomathematical norms that emphasis on rules for solving problem, answer and knowledge of high-dimensional, B Teacher's beliefs appeared with the sociomathematical norms that deeply value to try justifying meaningful thought process in problem-solving process and mathematical explanation rather than the answer. Thirdly, It is not possible to affirm which belief is correct, but because the belief of the teachers have a significant influence on the formation of sociomathematical norms of gifted classroom, I suggest that education of belief for teachers leading gifted children must be enforced. Role of the teacher is important for sociomathematical norms, and it is the belief of teacher immediately affect the role of teacher. Therefore, it is necessary to look back on their beliefs for math as educational content, math as a teaching method, teaching, learning and gifted children as educational subjects, to reflect the point of view of meta-cognitive class of their own and have the opportunity of continuing self-reflection for teachers enrolling on gifted teaching and also teachers any further training is required.
