본 연구에서는 노출 우레탄 도막방수재의 열화조건을 열과 산으로 선정하여 국내 3개사의 제품 Atype(1액형 우레탄 단일형 방수재), Btype(수경화타입 우레탄 단일형 방수재), Ctype(1액형 단일형 방수재 + 탑코트 처리 우레탄 방수재)를 이용하였다. 구분 방정식 무처리 A, Btype Y = 10,266.718×X ? 1.302 Ctype Y = 375.907×X + 7.597 열처리 A, Btype Y = 2,070.626×X + 0.892 Ctype Y = 111.694×X + 1.741 산처리 A, Btype Y = 6,297.346×X + 2.766 Ctype Y = 470.933×X + 6.739 무처리 단일형 방수재 Y = 10,257.897×X ? 1.349 .

This study analyzes two different physical performance evaluation methods of exposed urethane film type waterproofing material after chemically induced deterioration. The conventional physical performance evaluation method was compared with a new Nano-indentation method and the respectively obtained data were analyzed and an interconnection of the two methods based on tensile strength testing and hardness testing was confirmed. Polymeric materials such as urethane, when exposed to environmental conditions and subsequent deterioration, produce various minute changes in their physical properties and performance. Currently, performance evaluation methods on urethane film waterproofing materials rely mostly on the domestic KS standards, but such method have shown limitation in being able to fully and accurately outline all the various performance changes on urethane film after chemical deterioration. In this regard, for the purpose of enhancing the conventional performance evaluation methods of chemical resistance properties of exposed urethane waterproofing film after chemically induced deterioration processing, this study proposes a tentative study to compare the tensile strength value of the materials and the material hardness value obtained from the nano-indentation analysis method to find a relativity between the two sets of data for a more accurate determination of the chemical resistance performance of the materials. In the experiments outlined in this study, the environmental factors selected for inducing chemical and environmental deterioration on exposed urethane waterproofing film materials were heat and acid. For the urethane material selection, domestic products from three separate companies, type A(single component and 1 liquid type urethane waterproofing material), type B (water mixing type single component urethane water proofing material), type C (single component and 1 liquid type + top coating treatable urethane waterproofing material) were used. 10 separate specimens were prepared for each types of urethane products, and each specimen were measured and analyzed three types to determine an average value. Specimens were categorized between untreated, heat treated, and acid treated, and for the heat treatment, temperature of 80℃ was selected and the materials were heated in a heating chamber for a period of 1 week, and in the case of acid treatment condition, the specimens were placed in a sulfuric acid solution (2% concentration) for a period of 1 week. To compare the relative interconnection between the tensile strength value of the urethane material obtained from conventional physical property testing method and the hardness value obtained from the nano-indentation assessment method, SPSS regression analysis program was used. As a result, the testing was able to confirm that when the physical changes of exposed urethane waterproofing film after environmental condition induced deterioration were measured and the measurement values were analyzed for comparison, the tensile strength value and hardness value obtained from the respective different testing methods displayed a relative connection to one another. The linear regression analysis method results are displayed in the following table. Items Equation Untreated A, Btype Y = 10,266.718×X ? 1.302 Ctype Y = 375.907×X + 7.597 Heat A, Btype Y = 2,070.626×X + 0.892 Ctype Y = 111.694×X + 1.741 Acid A, Btype Y = 6,297.346×X + 2.766 Ctype Y = 470.933×X + 6.739 Untreated Single component waterproofing material Y = 10,257.897×X ? 1.349 As a follow up to the above study, for the purpose of observing the exact conditions of physical changes on the exposed urethane waterproofing film materials, a combined data format composed of surface property analysis and tensile strength performance and hardness value of exposed urethane waterproofing film materials obtained through various physical property testing methods will be used to produce a single relative equation for the purposed of improving the future studies on durability and performance testing methods on exposed urethane waterproofing film materials.
