The system supports are installed to construct the upper structure safely, and therefore, it is important that they should be checked by the experts for safety and accordingly, that the detailed construction drawing should be designed. In addition, it is important, above all, that the construction should be checked on the spot. However, upon analyzing the cases of the system supports safety check-ups for the last 2 years (2016 ~ 2017), it was found that experts had suggested for 5m or higher molds and supports that the vertical and horizontal loads had affected the system supports more than the wind load and thus that they had not taken into consideration the wind load in their safety checkups. Despite they should refer to 'Mold and Support Design Criteria (KDS 21 50 00: 2016) and 'Criteria for Building Structure'(KDS 41 10 15:2016), the experts applies the average wind speed (10m/s) arbitrarily to 80% of the cases in 2016 and more than 90% in 2017. Hence, this study deployed the minimal wire bracing applicable to the spot conditions, assuming the average wind load (10m/s) and a virtual one (20m/s). That is, this study applied these wind loads depending on the changes of the height of the system supports and the vertical load, and thereby, analyzed the effects of the wind load on the supports and molds to suggest the level and direction of the wind load that should be checked while the system supports would be checked up for their safety. In addition, the thickness of the upper structure was set at 300mm, 60mm, and 1,000mm in consideration of the changes of the fixed and acting loads. On the other hand, the heights of the system supports were set at 5m, 10m and 15m for the analysis of the safety. As a result, it was found that the stress ratio until T600H5W20 was not affected by the load, and that the higher the wind load was, the stress ratio increased depending on the vertical load and height. At the wind load of 10m/s, the maximum stress ratio was 84.3%, and when 20m/s wind load was applied, the high system supports could not be designed. Hence, each expert interpreted the application of the wind load, not considering about the spot conditions, and thereby, applied only vertical load and horizontal one. This study can be concluded as follows; When reviewing the safety of the system supports, not only the constructibility and economy but also vertical and horizontal loads, wind load should be combined to be taken into consideration. It is possible to design the system supports even if the vertical and wind loads should be taken into consideration. In addition, if the expert designs the system supports in consideration of the local wind speed, the results may be negative. Then, the experts are obliged to adjust the intervals of the horizontal linkage, horizontal support and the vertical materials or divide the placements into several ones to secure the safety of the system supports.
