This study was to investigate the structural relationships among hotel managers’ inclusive leadership, hotel employees’ perceptions of psychological stability, job engagement, customer orientation, and job performance, and how perceptions of psychological stability, job engagement, and customer orientation play mediating roles in there lationship between inclusive leadership and job performance. For these urposes, the authors developed several hypotheses and collected data from hotel employees. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, inclusive leadership had significant effects on psychological stability and job ngagement. Second, psychological stability significant influences on job engagement andcustomer orientation. Third, job engagement had positive effects on customerorientation and job performance. Fourth, customer orientation had a significant effect on job performance. In the discussion section, implications and limitations were provided based on these findings. There is not much empirical research focusing on the inclusive leadership of the leader centered on the luxury hotel industry, which forms a close relationship between the leader and the employee in the performance of the job, even in the positive influence of the inclusive leadership. The purpose of this study is to identify the ways in which the hotel company 's performance can be increased through influential leadership in the hotel industry, and to present the influence and empirical model for hotel employees. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the inclusive leadership of hotel leaders increases the psychological stability of employees and increases the job enthusiasm and finally affects job performance. In addition, we will confirm whether the psychological stability has mediating effect between inclusive leadership and job performance, and check whether the enthusiasm of job is mediating effect between inclusive leadership and job performance
