But mobile ordering, especially with delivery, presents a significant benefit to the customers and is something that a stand-alone tech company like Apple or Google can’t provide and off of this greatly increased the cost of developing and maintaining the mobile application.
Through this research we would like to find out the factors of delivery applications which will influence customer satisfaction that urge consumers to become more and more accustomed to the food delivery applications in the future.
At the same time, with the rapid economic development of China, private enterprises have become an important part of the national economy. China not only has nearly 1/4 population of the world’s, but with the ration development in its economy, it has become the needed by the market and the city modernization level is increasing.
Due to economic growth in China, transactions related to parcels are increasing rapidly and the need for energy is urgent. Meanwhile the growth of per capita GDP have promoted the real estate broker industry to flourish intensely.
In order to develop the E-service Quality of Chinese food delivery application, there are so many previous theoretical researches have been conducted on the successful cases and settlement methods. We would like try to elucidate various factors and find out the impact of the E-service Quality of Chinese food delivery application on the customer satisfaction and reuse intention.
Before the formal study, a pretest involved exploratory interviews with users was conducted to make sure the questionnaires ware relevant and clear to the respondents which could not distort the purpose of the research. A total of 339 copies of this survey direct questionnaires, e-mail questionnaires, and web questionnaire were distributed from 13th Oct to 23th Oct 2018, In addition, 312 questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS, except for 27 questionnaires which were judged to be unfaithfully answered among the collected questionnaires. And the results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows:
First, the analysis of the relationship between E-service Quality of Chinese food delivery application and customer satisfaction have been proved that the sub-factors(reliability, reactive, tangible, designability and security) of E-service Quality which were all found had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.
Second, as a result of verified the relationship between customer satisfaction and reuse intention, it is confirmed that customer satisfaction had a positive effect on reuse intention. In other words, customer satisfaction as a leading factor of reuse intention which means the stronger the customer satisfaction is, the reuse intention will be.
Based on the results of this research, it suggested that the companies which support Chinese food delivery application should consider the characteristics and E-service Quality of food delivery application which can increase the reuse intention.
And they should be thinking now about where there lifestyle changes are likely to occur and where the business opportunities will be.
