The fourth industrial revolution, which is causing drastic changes, is emerging in various aspects of society. Experts are optimistic that various software with artificial intelligence technology will enrich our lives with its use everywhere in our lives, as well as negative predictions that much of our existing jobs will disappear and only a few will survive or emerge, reducing the overall number of jobs (Kim Jin-hyung, 2016; Cho Sang-sik, 2016). In particular, people tended to take a greater view of the negative outlook and think that the fourth industrial revolution would reduce employment across the board, including teachers in the line of jobs they thought would be most threatened (Cho Yong-hoon, 2017). These people's ideas, along with various latest technologies, including artificial intelligence in the fourth industrial revolution, are also changing perceptions of infant teachers and infant education in future teachers' jobs, it says. The shape of our lives is being changed by the change of the fourth industrial revolution, and with the advent of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmented reality, our society is rapidly developing technology. These technologies have led to concerns about the ethics of new concepts such as machine ethics (Kim Min-woo, 2018). When revising the Nuri curriculum, the emphasis was placed on basic living habits and personality education such as order, learning and cooperation (Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Health and Welfare, 2013). It also emphasizes the future basis of democratic citizens in a diversified society, including various family types, cultures and internationalization, and the respect for differences between me and others (Imiran, 2018). All of these are not much different from the core competences needed by talent in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Kim Ho-hyun, Kim Choong-il, 2017). Childhood education is not about learning knowledge, but about the basics of personality and basic skills for social life, so innovative measures or measures are needed to prepare for the era of the fourth industrial revolution (Kim Jung-mi, 2016). The reality is that infants are placing an emphasis on education that can provide creativity and character to prepare for the future, including the fourth industry. If we look at the curriculum, we can't forget about creative and personality education in innovative district project. So much so that we can see that these are included in the current infant education process, as what happens in the fourth and fifth industries, and even in the society in which infants live. In this regard, in the context of the interdisciplinary contact between infant teachers and infant education due to the latest technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study discusses the perception of the fourth Industrial Revolution by infant teachers in the future. There is a new wave of change in the field of infant education: the fourth industrial revolution. Infant teachers are required to specialize in technical areas as well as systematic and professionalize existing teaching methods and curricula. In other words, rather than feeling anxious or rejected about the new technology, the infant teacher needs a positive and open mind about the acquisition of the new technology and an attitude to introduce new education to infants after making value judgments about the feasibility and methods of the new technology in the field of education And in order to get teachers to have this attitude, I think an investigation is needed into how much an incumbent teacher is interested in the fourth industrial technology, what he or she is curious about and what attitude he or she has in teaching activities using the technology, and how he or she is prepared and aware of the changes and developments in future infant education. Based on the knowledge of infant teachers' perception of the Fourth Industrial Revolution through this study, we intend to make suggestions on future teacher education, training and teacher training, fourth industrial revolution and the operation of new curricula for infant education. In this study, three questions were set out to recognize the awareness of infant teachers about the Fourth Industrial Revolution. First, does the infant teacher know the terms relating to the Fourth Industrial Revolution? Second, how much does the infant teacher understand about the Fourth Industrial Revolution? Third, what is the perception of infant education using the 4th Industrial Revolution technology? Based on the theoretical background, the questionnaire of the preceding study was modified and supplemented to obtain answers to the problem, and 206 infant teachers were surveyed in Gyeonggi and Seoul areas. The following facts are stated in the study through seven questions asking basic information, five questions asking about terms related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, four questions asking understanding of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and 15 questions from three factors to investigate the perception of infant education using the fourth Industrial Revolution technology. First, we could see that the infant teacher was generally interested in the technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, he expressed high interest in artificial intelligence and 3D printing related to infant education. Second, it has been shown that infant teachers show significant differences in their understanding of the Fourth Industrial Revolution depending on their general characteristics. In particular, the higher the educational background, the higher the level of understanding of the key characteristics of the fourth industry, and the higher the experience, the higher the level of understanding of the core capabilities of the fourth industrial revolution. On the other hand, there was no significant relationship between general characteristics in the question of investigating the human resources award of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. On the direction of education policy in the fourth industrial revolution, the more experienced and educated, the more understanding the direction of education policy was. Third, teachers were more interested in recognizing child education using fourth industrial technology than non-responsible teachers, and their educational experience was higher in the order of teachers with less than 10 years, less than 5 years, and higher in the order of teachers with less than 5 years, and higher in the order of principals, principals, superintendents and assistants, depending on their position. In terms of academic background, it was higher than graduate school or higher, under-professional college graduates, and under-four-year college graduates. The anxiety was high in the order of teachers in other regions, Gyeonggi and Seoul, and about infant education using the fourth industrial revolution technology. Other local teachers showed the highest level of rejection, while non-responsible teachers by type of work institution, non-responsible teachers by type of work organization, principals/origin by position, and postgraduate or higher teachers by type of academic background showed a high level of disapproval of infant education using the fourth industrial revolution technology, but the difference was not significant in the four major changes in the general nature of infant teachers. The results of this study will be provided as basic data for follow-up research, such as the training for planning teacher education and training on fourth industry and infant education, or the qualitative research on the change in teaching learning by teachers after training on fourth industry and infant education, and it is expected that the results of this study will help infant teachers who are driven by social changes.
The fourth industrial revolution, which is causing drastic changes, is emerging in various aspects of society.
