The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of combined dual task training on the range of motion, plantar pressure, balance and gait ability of patients with chronic stroke. In this study, 30 adults who were diagnosed with a stroke were divided into 10 subjects in the dual task training group, the dual task training group applying the joint mobilization to the lumbar spine, and the 10 task training group applying the joint mobilization in the ankle bone. The program was conducted three times a week for a total of eight weeks for two months from Sunday to August 31, 2019. Tiltmeter application was used to measure the flexion and extension angle of the lumbar and ankle, and the K-BBS was measured as the clinical balance evaluation index, and plantar pressure, surface area ellipse, step length and average speed were measured using Bioresque, and The clinical gait index was measured using the 10 m walking test, TUG and iSen to measure the cadense, step length and total time. There was a statistically significant difference in the range of joint mobility in each group(p<.001), and in the clinical balance index, BBS showed a statistically significant difference in all groups(p <.001). EOSAE and EOAS showed significant differences in the group(p<.001) and EOL showed significant differences in the G2 and G3 groups(p<.001). There were significant differences in the ECSAE, ECL and ECAS groups(p<.001), and ECSAE and ECL showed significant differences(p<.001). Plantar pressure was significantly different in the FF and HF groups(p<.001). In the clinical gait index, 10m WT showed significant difference in all three groups(p<.001) and also significant difference among three groups(p<.05). TUG showed a significant difference in the G1 group(p<.05), a significant difference in the G2 and G3 groups(p <.001), and a significant difference between the three groups(p <.05). Cadense and total time were significantly different in the G2 and G3 groups(p<.001), and significantly different among the three groups(p<.001). Step length was also significantly different in the G2 and G3 groups(p<.001) and significantly different among the three groups(p<.05). Analysis of the above results showed that the joint mobilization combined with dual task training was effective in improving the range of motion, plantar pressure, balance and gait ability in patients with chronic stroke.
