In the proportion of meal boxes meeting the korean nutrient intake standard, convenience store meal boxes were more than half of nutrients except sodium, and diet meal boxes were more than half of nutrients except carbohydrates. As a result of calculating the density index considering calories, sodium, fat, and saturated fat were significantly higher in convenience store meal boxes than diet meal boxes, and carbohydrate, sugar, and protein were significantly lower in convenience store meal boxes than health meal boxes. In other words, if you consume the same calories, you consume more sodium, fat, saturated fat, and less carbohydrates, sugars, and protein in convenience store meal boxes than diet meal boxes. The sodium content of convenience store meal boxes is average 1,330.2mg, which is 66.5% of the daily nutritional standard of 2,000mg, you should be taken to consume sodium when eating convenience store meal boxes. diet meal boxes are very low in calories, making them unsuitable for a single meal.
