(Two-way ANOVA with Repeated Measures)을 실시하였으며, 이때 모든 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다.
4. 회복 방법에 따른 순발력의 변화를 확인한 결과 VFR(p=.002), FR(p<.001), CON(p<.001) 세 집단 모두 24시간 후와 VFR(p=.002), FR(p=.002), CON(p<.001) 72시간 후에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으나, 48시간 후에는 VFR(p=.011)과 FR(p=.003)에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
5. 회복 방법에 따른 스피드의 변화를 확인한 결과 VFR(p<.001), FR(p=.001) CON(p=.005) 세 집단 모두 24시간 후와 VFR(p<.001), FR(p=.018), CON(p=.030) 72시간 후에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of recovery method on delayed onset muscle soreness and exercise performance after eccentric exercise. For this purpose, 24 healthy adult males in their 20s and 30s who had not exercised for more than 6 months were recruited. The participants were divided into 3 groups, control(CON; n=8), foam roller(FR; n=8), and vibrating foam roller(VFR; n=8) groups. The measurements were performed for visual analog scale(VAS), pressure pain threshold(PPT), range of motion(ROM), counter movement jump test, and speed(20m sprint test). To verify the difference according to the recovery method, two-way ANOVA with Repeated Measures was performed, and all statistical significance levels were set at p<.05. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows. 1. In visual analog scale according to the recovery method, VFR, FR, and CON at 24, 48, 72 hours after eccentric exercise showed a statistically significant differences, but only VFR and FR showed a statistically significant differences after 48 hours. In addition, on a result of post-hoc analysis of the group, there was a statistically significant differences statistically between VFR and FR compared to CON.
2. In pressure pain threshold according to the recovery method, all three groups, VFR, FR, and CON showed a statistically significant differences statistically after 24 hours and after 72 hours, but for VFR after 48 hours, there was a statistically significant difference.
3. In range of motion according to the recovery method, all three groups, VFR, FR, and CON showed a statistically significant differences after 24 hours and after 72 hours, but for VFR after 48 hours, there was a statistically significant difference.
4. In muscle power according to the recovery method, all three groups, VFR, FR, and CON showed a statistically significant differences after 24 hours and after 72 hours, but only VFR and FR showed a statistically significant differences after 48 hours.
5. In sprint speed according to the recovery method, in all three groups, VFR, FR, and CON showed a statistically significant differences after 24 hours and after 72 hours.
As a result of this study, VFR was found to be more effective than CON on delayed onset muscle soreness and VFR and FR on performance, so it is considered to be effective recovery methods. Therefore, based on this, it is considered that a more effective recovery program can be developed through additional research through individualized studies according to intervention application time, gender, age, and exercise level.
