This study attempted to verify the dual mediating effects on Depression and Organizational Commitment in the effect of the meaning of work on Turnover Intention. To this end, the Meaning of Work, Depression, organizational commitment, and Turnover Intention were measured through an online survey of 400 office workers. The measured results were analyzed using statistical programs SPSS 23.0 and SPSS PROCESS MACRO v.3.5. The results of the study are as follows. First, the Meaning of Work has a positive correlation with Organizational Commitment and a negative correlation with Depression and Turnover Intention. Depression has a negative correlation with Organizational Commitment and a positive correlation with Turnover Intention. Organizational Commitment has a negative correlation with Turnover Intention. Second, in a relationship where the Meaning of Work affects Turnover Intention, Depression has a partial mediating effect, and Organizational Commitment has a complete mediating effect. In the relationship where Depression affects Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment has a partial mediating effect. Third, a dual mediating model was verified to see whether Depression and Organizational Commitment showed a mediating effect sequentially in the relationship between the Meaning of Work and Turnover Intention, and the model was confirmed to be completely mediated. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it examined the path through Depression, which is an individual's daily psychological variable, and Organizational Commitment, which is a member's organizational attitude in the relationship between work meaning and Turnover Intention and confirmed the dual mediating effect. Afterwards, the academic and practical significance presented by this study was presented, and the limitations of this study and the necessity of follow-up research were discussed.
