The study aims to develop an inclusive education class model that supports general education teachers to effectively teach all children in the field of inclusive education for children with disabilities. To this end, the first initial class model was designed by extracting the constituent variables of the class model through a review and analysis of the domestic and international literature and previous studies. Accordingly, the proposed draft was reviewed twice for validity by four experts in educational technology and two experts in special education and early childhood education. After the validation review, the improvement points and characteristics of the instructional model were organized and analyzed through individual in-depth interviews for specific modifications of the model. Afterward, reflecting on the expert review results, it was modified and supplemented 17 times to complete the final integrated education class model for children with disabilities. The developed class model consists of a pre-play stage, a play stage, a play evaluation, and a guidance stage, and each stage consists of 12 lower components. Since the class model presented detailed activities and guidelines for each stage of play, roles of teachers, various support materials and examples, photos and illustrations, etc., general education teachers can plan, implement, and evaluate integrated classes according to the class model without the help of special education teachers or support personnel. The characteristics of the developed class model in this study are summarized as follows. First, the class model was developed to serve as a guideline so that it can be operated even when there is no support from special education teachers or support personnel. Second, a total of 12 steps were configured so general education teachers could operate classes sequentially. Third, general education teachers with little information on special education can utilize the various support materials such as guide materials, teaching methods, and suggested considerations. Fourth, various materials that are useful to teachers who lead integrated classes and can be used according to the situation are provided. Lastly, the model was developed by applying aesthetic design so that it can be effectively used to plan and conduct classes after quickly understanding the outline. Through this, The instructional model of inclusive education for children with disabilities developed in this study is expected to be used as a teaching-learning model that gives practical support by setting the direction of instruction to general teachers in the field of inclusive education.
