  • For 2 days of the test period (except the calibration time for analyzers), a head hood-type respiration chamber was used to measure methane and carbon dioxide production and oxygen consumption. K. Morgan Ltd., Kent, UK), respectively. Gas analyzers were calibrated using span gases as reference every morning.
