비만의 발생원인 중 위험 요인은 무엇이 있는가? | 비만의 발생원인은 유전적, 사회·경제적, 환경적인 요인 이외에도 체형, 체격 및 건강에 대한 인식 등 다양한 요인에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 알려져 있다(6-8). 선행연구 (6,9)에서는 음주, 흡연, 운동량, 식사형태 및 잘못된 식습관 등을 비만과 관련된 위험 요인으로 지적하고 있으며, 에너지 소비 장애의 한 형태인 기초대사율의 감소가 체중 증가와 비만을 야기하는 위험 인자로 보고되고 있다. 비만인은 정상체중인에 비해 열량 밀도가 높고, 포화지방이 높은 음식의 섭취가 높은 것으로 나타났으며(2,10), 이상체중에서 10%체중이 증가하면 cholesterol, triglyceride 등의 혈청지질 농도에 변화가 생기는 것으로 보고하고 있다(1,11). |
