대학생들의 정보활용능력을 측정하기 위한 척도 개발의 기초자료로서 정보활용능력 표준과 모형을 분석하였다. 3개 표준과 2개 모형의 분석을 통해 핵심영역과 항목을 제시한 후, 최종적으로 척도 개발을 위한 항목 모형(안)을 제시하였다. 최종 척도 개발 항목 모형(안)은 6개 핵심영역과 18개 항목으로 구성되어 있다 제시된 척도 개발 항목 모형(안)은 앞으로 연구가 진행될 대학생들의 정보활용능력을 측정하기 위한 척도개발의 기초자료로서 이용될 것이다.
